Under BMF Constitution, BMF offers education scholarships to students from impoverished families. Impoverished families are defined as families who have a child or an adult child that would like to get an education but cannot afford the cost of education.
Financial means evaluation will be conducted by BMF executive team in Kabul and by using the information from our application form. Unlike Child Labour Scholarships, education scholarships will not cover the cost of living or boarding expenses. Education Scholarship only covers the cost of school and university tuition fees
Children and university students will be selected based on answering a serious of questions in the application form specifically designed for education scholarship. For example, the incomes of parents and wether any other siblings from the same family have had access to higher education or university education can be used to determine if a student is eligible to get our education scholarship.
