Under the BMF Constitution, we are required to conduct our AGM and Election annually. This event is usually held towards the end of the year around November or December and attended by our members and other community organisations. Firstly, BMF Board and BMF Executive teams report on their activities and updates the members on the action and initiatives for the year. Furthermore, we also provide members with the financial report and annual report to ensure transparency and accountability as well as answering any questions our members might have. Secondly, we nominate the Board Members to our members and then hold the election. After the election, we announce the outcome of the election and we then confirm the new Board Members.
